this ad is a big insult to designers everywhere. would -you- work without the promise of compensation? for the "opportunity" to add something to your portfolio?
this is just as much a scam as any pyramid scheme, but perhaps a little worse- the business is asking people to work for free and to submit a product of their time and effort without any guarantee that the designer will be paid.
this is just a bid for work that's essentially free. pay is TBD? whatever.
